What are the cutting methods of seamless steel pipe

Thick-walled seamless steel pipe is a common type of thick-walled seamless steel pipe. It is a special material of thick-walled steel pipe. 1. Mechanical cutting adopts external installation and internal installation. It adopts turning tool processing principle to cut and groove the pipe mouth. It has large span, large Machinable thickness, less waste, no pollution, no high temperature in the processing process, no influence on the pipe material, and is conducive to welding. Water cutting process pipeline by high-pressure pump and diamond sand, its cut is clean, processing span is large, but its efficiency is low, processing thickness is seriously limited factors.
 
2. Oxyacetylene flame cutting, by adjusting the oxygen valve and acetylene valve, can change the mixing ratio of oxygen and acetylene to get three different kinds of flame: neutral flame, oxidation flame and carbonization flame.
 
3. Ion cutting, plasma cutting with different working gases can cut all kinds of hard-to-cut metals, especially for non-ferrous metals (stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium, nickel); its main advantage is that when the thickness of metal is not large, plasma cutting speed is fast, especially in general cutting. In the case of carbon steel sheet, the cutting speed can be 5-6 times as fast as that of oxygen cutting method, the cutting surface is smooth, the thermal deformation is small and the heat affected zone is less.
