Laser processing principle of slotted screen pipe: the slotting processing of screen pipe is to cut thousands of gaps distributed according to certain rules on high strength alloy steel pipe.

The commonly used gap specifications are: seam width 0.15 ~ 3mm; gap length 50 ~ 300mm; slit section mainly rectangular and trapezoid.

During cutting, the focused high-density laser beam is used to irradiate the processing part of the screen tube. At the same time, the coaxial oxygen blowing is assisted. The energy of the laser beam is absorbed by the material, which causes the surface temperature of the irradiated material to rise sharply, making the tube material melt or vaporize, and forming holes. When the beam and the workpiece move relative to each other along a certain path, a certain shape of slit can be machined on the tube body.
