1. Joint upsetting strengthens the connection strength.

 

Without changing the thread form, the upsetting process increases the size of the joint, increases the connection strength and meets the requirement of lower depth.

 

2. There is a 0.076mm gap between the top and the bottom of the sealing and thickening oil casing through the cooperation with thread grease. When the thread is tightened, the top clearance is full thread grease. After the thread grease solidifies, the leakage passage is congested, thus completing the sealing effect.
